WARNING: WE RECOMMEND COMING UP LITTLE PARK ROAD, SINCE THE TOUR OF THE MOON BIKE RACE IS ON THE CO NATIONAL MONUMENT THAT DAY. Please do not let it discourage you. There is some great scenery coming up Little Park, and we need your support! THANKS!

Enjoy pancakes, eggs, hash browns, bacon/ham/sausage cooked on wood stoves in a historic one-room schoolhouse.

Time: 7:30 am to 1:00 pm
Price: $6.00
Directions: Drive through the Colorado National Monument, and follow signs to Glade Park. Proceed West on DS Rd. past the Glade Park Store, till you come to a log schoolhouse surrounded by vehicles and the smell of pancakes and bacon.

Fundraiser to preserve Coates Creek School: Listed in the National Register of Historic Places.

This bike ride has been rerouted to ride directly thru Glade Park. (since government shutdown) The final decision is to be made in cement at noon today.(Friday Oct 4th)
I'm one of those riders, if the temps remain below 40 for the ride and I decide to cancel myself, I'm going to come over to your breakfast and give you a donation for your cause. I've enjoyed your blog and will continue to look it up often.
